The secret of Yawning

“Yawning” I think there is no people who never get yawning. Every human in the world of course gets it. Yawning is a process of opening mouth and breathes in deeply. It is an involuntary action that controlled by nerves of our body. When we are yawning, there are large amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide that we breathe and produce. The oxygen will spread into our body for few second and makes our body relax. Many people suppose that yawning is only the simple act that done spontaneously or signal of sleepy. It means they have to go to sleep. Actually it is a big deal. Yawning has so many advantages, those are yawning can make our blood circulation fluently, yawning lose our stress, and the last is it can exercise our Eustachian tube.

First, there are large amount of oxygen in our lung which supplied to other parts of the body when we are yawning. The large amount of oxygen will accelerate our heart and pump the blood. The process make the blood circulation is fluent. Blood is very important for us and it has the urgent function for our body. One of the blood functions is immune system. When our blood circulation is not well, it will affect to our immune system and also make our body in disease. But, when our blood is good, a little possibility for us to get a disease easily.

Second, all of people have different problems and activity in their life. Of course, they get stress and need some relaxation. Usually to get the relaxation, they take a holiday. Some people prefer to choose the expensive holiday such as going the foreign country. But, you should not spend a lot of money to get the expensive holiday to relax your mind. Yawning is very suitable treatment for the people who get stress because it will help them to enjoy their mind. Although the yawning process is very short, at least in the yawning process our mind feel fly and relax with free budget.

Third, Ear is our vital five senses. If there is a problem with our ear, of course, it will influence our hearing system. In this chance, yawning is one of good exercising for our Eustachian tube. When we are yawning, the canal that connects to the inner ear will stress the pharynx in our throat. This process will make our ears cannot hear anything at some moment. This process is much needed for our ear because it gives a chance for our ears to take a rest after heard everything in a whole day.
