            Coffee, when we are talks about it, we think about some drinks. Coffee is kind of beverages. It is consumed by almost all of the people in the world. Adult likes to drink coffee almost everyday. There are many kinds of coffee with special taste such as Black Coffee, Cappuccino, and Espresso.
            Everybody knows about Black Coffee. It is original coffee without any additive. The taste of it is original and almost people like it. You can choose black coffee while you do the job. It can help you to keep your concentration. You can mix black coffee with milks if you like it. But the taste will be different.
            Another kind of coffee with different taste is Cappuccino. A cappuccino is an Italian coffee drink prepared with Espresso, hot milk, and cream. The taste of cappuccino is delicious. When you drink it, sensation of milk will appears in your tongue. Cappuccino will be the best if you drink it while you do the rest after works.
            Espresso is essence of coffee bean. It is similar with black coffee, but espresso is more bitterly than black coffee. You can make espresso with espresso machine or grinder. The machine will produce good quality of espresso. Espresso has strong taste, because it is made with little hot water and so many coffee beans. If you like coffee, espresso is the best while you want to drink coffee.
            So, when you want to drink coffee, it will better if you know firstly about differences of coffee with special taste, such as Black Coffee, Cappuccino, and Espresso. You can make by yourself or if you don’t want to make it, you can buy the coffee in many stores. Then enjoy the sensation of coffee.

       Coffee is kind of drinks that almost all of human consume, not only man but also woman. There are many kinds of coffee, such as : Black Coffee, Cappuccino, Mochaccino, Americano, Espresso, etc. I like black coffee, it is originally coffee without any additive. Almost everyday, I consume it on my activity. When I drink it, I can regain my spirit back. It makes me become a coffeeholic. I like bitter taste than sweet taste.

       Coffee is a part of my life style. I drink it to keep my concentration on while I do my job. I can say that coffee gives me more advantages than disadvantages. For other people, coffee just a beverages that it drink after eat. But it is not for me, I try to taste any kinds of coffee in this world.

The functions of television
Television gives many functions for many people, but sometimes many people think that television gives bad fuctions for young generation. They think that crime activity that often happen and done by children under age are the effect from television programme. But on the other hand, television has some functions. Such as : entertainment we can refresh our mind.,as knowledge we can get information from television, television as promotion media we can find something new.



In the first place, television as an entertainment such as: like gossip programme,fashion show, game, and others. By these proggrame, we can refresh our mind if we have something bad in our life. After a day busy with work or learning, we can spend a little time to watch television. So that the mind becomes fresh again.



In the second place, television as knowledge . Such as : we can know about history of other places, history of popular person by television. Beside that, television has a programme like quiz which can improve our knowledge and we can get new knowledge. Which never we had before. Such as : Who Wants to be a Millionare. We also get information for television. In this case, we can know about government system start from economy, social, culture and others. There are some programmes which present about it, Such as: Liputan 6, Seputar Indonesia, Kabar berita and others. By these programme we can give our opinion and our critics about government system. Beside that, we can know about what happens in other regions. Such as : Natural disaster. If we have known about it , we can help the victims of natural disaster.

In the third place, television as promotion media. If there are something new such as : a new apartment, new tourist resort, new product we can promote them by television. It makes us easier to relate with our collague. So it is very profitable us. With the existence of television we can know about comparasion of the price without going to the marketing place. By watching television only, we can know thew whole existing news. All of business can be easier.

Television is not only has bad effect, but it also has many functions. With the existence of television we get many advantages. On the other hand, in order that children don’t get negative effects of television, it is needed supervision from their parents. Guiding and giving attention and briefing well about the program watching by children is very needed. This negative effect can be minimized. If the children are less than 17 years, they must not watch program for adult.

Swimming has many advantages and disadvantages. First  advantage, is improving the swimming ability of heart and lung. Second ,advantage of swimming is can make body grow higher. Third, swimming can engineer of respiration, so it can make our respiration becomes stronger than before. Fourth, swimming is also good for decrease our body weight, the movements performed during swimming can burn calories in the body. The last advantage is swimming can make our mind and soul is relax. Leisurely movement in swimming can increase the hormone in our brain. The disadvantages is makes the body injury, cramp, and tired because of the energy used is strong enough. The cramp can happen to any swimmer. The cramp is often happen at foot and stomach of swimmer, this is because shortness of warming up before swimming.

        Chocolate is one of foods which has a combination flavor between sweet and slightly bitter which can make a lot of people addicted after eating it once. It also helps us to feel relax, comfortable, and happy. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees with that statement. Some people think that chocolate will give fattening effect to body and damage teeth of the consumer. In fact, the main ingredient of chocolate that is cocoa, has many health benefits for our bodies, because a lot of protein, contains of natural anti depression, and high magnesium.
        Cocoa beans in the chocolate contains of alkanoid which causes a bitter taste. Besides, cocoa bean also contains of 9% protein, 14% carbohydrate, and 31% fat. Protein in the cocoa contains of phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan amino acid in large quantities. There is immeasurable content in the cocoa, so it is beneficial for health. Therefore, chocolate can reduce cholesterol in the blood, preventing heart disease and cancer, and prevent high blood pressure and stroke.
        Chocolate is regarded as one of the foods that can reduce stress, interestingly. According to research from the University of California, Sandiego School of Medicine, Beatrice Golomb, stress can escalate into depression, but chocolate will be able to reduce stress when someone is depressed. Cocoa in chocolate contains of a psychoactive molecule that can create a sense of comfort. Some contents of cocoa such as caffeine, theobromine, methyl-xanthine and phenylethylalanine is believed to improve mood and reduce fatigue, so they can be used as an anti-depression medication. Cocoa also contains of serotonin that stimulate production of endorphins, as natural anti-depressant. It may explain why many people is recommended to eat chocolate when they are depressed.
        Cocoa contains of magnesium which is higher than other plants. Magnesium is an essential mineral that helps in process of regulation of digestive system, nervous, and cardiovascular. If someone has insuffiency of magnesium, it can cause hypertension, heart sickness, diabetes, and woman's monthly problem or pre-menstruation (PMS). Cocoa can become one solution to reduce negative impact of PMS, because magnesium that contain in cocoa can cause an increase the amount of progesteron to the women. Besides, many people who has a deficiency is recommended to consume it, because magnesium in cocoa is rich of magnesium that can improve the health of body.
        From those explanations, we have conclusion that chocolate is not only a delicious snack that usually eaten in leisure time, but also has more benefit to health. There are many contents in chocolate that is beneficial for health. Chocolate can reduce stress, interestingly. So, it is wrong if someone avoid to eat chocolate because their worried about their health. Therefore, don’t afraid to become a big fan of chocolate.


Studying Everywhere and Everytime
     Studying is one of important parts of life that we can do everywhere and everytime. It is not only obligation, but also become habit which is indirectly can become the requirement for everyone. Someone will be able to expand his knowledge and insight with studying. Everyone has their own ways and methods to create a concentration in studying. Sometimes, some people can only focus study in formal situations, like in teaching and learning process in the classroom while teacher teaches and students obliged to pay attention. Some people also can get a knowledge in informal situation like learning by playing in everywhere like at the park in leisure time and in their bedroom while they having relax time. Wherever and whenever someone studying, it will not influence the knowledge which them get as long as they can focus and serious with what they learn. So, there is no reason for stop studying because it is useful and beneficial for us.
