SMOKING
Cigarette is a thing that can make us feel quiet comfort and more gentle but as we can see, cigarette is dangerous. It contains over a thousand different chemicals, many of which are capable of cousing cancer. Understanding the needs of your own body is the key. Everyone runs the risk of accidents and no one can be sure of avoiding chronic disease. Nevertheless, poor diet, stress, a bad working environment and one common of major problem is smoking. I will let you know about cigarette’s disease are heart disease, chronic bronchitis and unfitness.
Heart disease will attack smoker soon. As a smoker, you run a high risk of heart disease and death. You will suffer more from atherosclerosis (narrowing and plugging of arteries) which could lead to a crippling or fatal heart attack. In fact, you will have two or three times the non-smoker’s risk of heart attack.
Chronic and Bronchitis will suffer smoker than non-smokers. With bronchitis you will have smokers’ caugh, shortness of breath and the risk of pneumonia. Most smokers have some degree of emphysema. The worst cases occur in heavy smokers. Your lungs begin to rot, lung tissue hardens and breathing pressure blows holes in your lungs. As emphysema progresses you have difficulty breathing until, eventually, you become a breathless invalid.
When smoking, you replace vital oxygen in your blood-stream with carbon-monoxide, a poisonous gas. Everything you do requires more effort because your muscles, brain and heart don’t get enough oxygen. You over work your system. How about ladies when she has pregnant? If ladies smoke during pregnancy, your child is more likely to be born dead (stillborn); more likely to be born underweight and more likely to die soon after birth.
So, save our life before one of disease will suffer us. Actually, the teenagers who smoking are very useless activity. Smoking is only making our lungs broken. Love your body. Keep stay healthy.
