HAPPY EXERCISING

Happy exercising in the morning is a great deal to begin our whole day. By exercising we can start it with spirit full. In exercises we can do many things such as sit up, push up, or skipping. One of the exercise that I always done is skipping. This exercise is always do in western. Actually, skipping can burn our fat about 500 calories in half an hour. Beside, you always do this exercise, you should also keep your food. It is useless if you still in your habit to eat junk food. On the other hand, not only skipping which you can do, but also push up.

Push up is an exercise that need strength of arm. We can call it as hard exercise, especially for women. Because, we need some powers on our arms. This exercise, mostly do by man. In fact, a man love push up because it can cause their arm in pack. Actually, push up is appropriate for all ages. In some cases, there were a children who always get this exercises. He did it when he still 5 years old. Growing, his body like an athlete. Doctor said that it is not good for children who has under age to get that exercise. Because, his bone work hard and make his body athletics. Where as, push up is only for person who has enough age. Not only push up that can make our body like an athlete is but also sit up.

Getting sit with the condition of feet are bent and go up with the hand in the behind of head. We can call it sit up. Sit up it self form our stomach. Just like people say with six pack. On the other hand, sit up is not good for women, because on research shows that the woman who always do this is dangerous for their womb. Therefore, especially for woman do not do this exercise as your habitually, maybe you can do it twice a week. But, if you do this exercise in the right way, you can avoid that.

To sum up, doing happy exercising in the morning is wonder full. We can get the spirit of fresh day. In happy exercising you can do many things that I have told you above. But, you must do that punctually and do not force yourself. It can injury your self. Once again, keep stay away from junk food, because that is too dangerous. It can make your fat increase.
