The Secret of Laughing

When we are talking about laughing, what are you thinking about it? Laughing is one of human needs. Everyone do laughing in their life, no one escape it. We always do it spontaneusly when there is something funny or silly. But most of people do not know more about it, such as physically process of laughing, differences between male and female in laughing, and advantages also disadvantages of laughing. In this essay, I will explain you more about it.

First, laughing is physical process. Laughing is good even. When people laugh, their muscle got contraction, their pulse rates rise and their breathing is faster. Other physical and mental exercises to create humor and reduce tension in daily life include making funny facial expression, may be laugh shyly, silently, or loudly. So, laughing can pick up your mood with humors or jokes. Not only physical effect, but you will also got experience a biochemical effect. When you laugh, you generate a wealth of healing biochemical. These chemicals have extraordinary positive healing effects on your body and mind.

The second one is about differences between male and female in laughing. Based on scientist research of Stanford University, when there is something funny or silly, female need more long time to laugh than male. It is caused by female using their brain than male when their got information. Male and female have different part of nucleus accumbens in their brain. This part will influence thinking of someone toward humors or jokes. In female, their nucleus accumbens is bigger, it means that female need more time when processing humors or jokes than male. The other researches is male and female do laughing for different purpose. Sometime male use humors to critic their friends, but female use humors to keep their relationship.

And the last one, laughing has many advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of laughing are can improve our relationship, can decrease stress, make us better, burn some calories in our body, etc. But laughing also has bad effects, such as we can strain a muscle or even break a rib if you laugh too hard. Besides, hard laughing is not good for someone who suffer epilepsy because they can got a fit. A fit is an abnormal time when someone cannot controll laughing or one’s body and sometime make unconciousness.

To sum up, laughing is good for us because it has many beneficial for us. But, we may not too often do it because we will considered as crazy people, right? So, do laughing in the right place and time. Don’t to be serious people when we have problems, because laughing can decrease your problem that you face.
